    Odori-don is a sushi dish with a dead octopus that dances when soy sauce is poured on it. 

    i actually think this is really endearing and cool. the salt is making the muscles contract and that’s neat

    The sodium in the soy sauce interacts with the nerves and makes the muscles spasm!
